Movers and Shakers!

Liberty is built on the attitude, culture and commitment of the Liberators. So it is no surprise that we are committed to attracting and retaining exceptional people who can deliver our promise to our clients.

Our team members are called Liberators, because they free clients to focus on their business instead of running an office.

To attract and retain the best people we invest in personal development and we encourage our team to leave their comfort zone and grow with the business.

In doing so we have been able to develop our star performers and we can today announce that both Hannah Byrne and Sasha Denby have been promoted to Management Trainees. Sasha will be based at 197 St Georges Terrace and Hannah will remain at Allendale Square, both supported by our Operations Director Maddy Rimmer.

In other news we are saying (what will hopefully be a temporary) goodbye to Kirsty Sopp as she takes a career break. Kirsty has developed into an integral part of our management team and we are in continuing discussions about her returning to the business in the future. So it’s ‘see you later Kirsty’ and not goodbye!

Jasmine left the business in January to pursue a new challenge and we wish her all the best for the future.

These team changes provide an opportunity to welcome two new Liberators, albeit one is not so new!

Please join me in welcoming Charlotte-Anne to the team. Charlotte joined the business in January and quickly established herself as a very competent member of the team who is learning the ‘Liberty way’ at an incredible speed – Welcome Charlotte!

We also welcome back Mel Koyd. Mel went on extended maternity leave a little over 2 years ago and we are delighted that she is now ready and able to re-join Liberty. Mel starts with us in early February and we are looking forward to her returning as a very reliable, safe pair of hands!
