2018 was a significant year in Liberty’s evolution, we more than doubled in size both in terms of the space we manage and our team of Liberators.
Back in April we launched the Liberty Training & Conference Centre, a 1200sqm purpose built, state-of-the-art events facility on the ground floor of 197 St Georges Terrace. We also launched new locations at 53 Burswood Road and 37 St Georges Terrace in September before adding 1060 Hay Street in November giving us broad coverage of Perth’s CBD together with gateway locations to the East and West.
53 Burswood Road occupies a prominent position on the corner of Burswood Road and Craig Street which is less than 400 metres from the intersection of Canning Highway, The Causeway, Albany Highway and Shepperton Road. It is a short walk to Victoria Park bus station which provides easy access to Perth CBD. This convenient location is at the centre of everything! The CBD is 5 minutes by car or bus, Perth International & Domestic Airport is 9km away and is serviced by a shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Optus Stadium and the Crown Resort & Casino complex are only 5 minutes away and access to Canning Highway provides a direct route to Fremantle and the Freeway.
The ground floor lobby and first floor facility were refurbished in July 2018 and the space comprises a number of private offices, open plan co-working cubicles, a generous break-out and collaborative space and 3 purpose-built meeting rooms.
37 St Georges Terrace occupies a prominent position on the corner of St Georges Terrace and Barrack Street in the centre of Perth CBD.
Liberty occupies level 13 which provides panoramic views to the east and south of the Swan River, Elizabeth Quay, Stirling Gardens, The Treasury Buildings, City of Perth Council House, the Supreme Court and Gardens.
The facility was purpose built and the space comprises a reception with concierge, a number of private offices from one person up to 7-people, meeting cubicles, a generous break-out space and two purpose-built meeting rooms.
Formerly Amberley Business Centre, Liberty West Perth at 1060 Hay Street is located on level 3 of this superbly positioned building.
Situated between Hay Street and Wellington Street and adjacent to the freeway the building is within walking distance of the CBD and the city’s free CAT bus stop is just around the corner.
We have onsite parking and we are just a stone’s throw from the Mitchell Freeway and the Graham Farmer Freeway allowing easy access out of the city in all directions. The surrounding area provides beautiful green spaces with the trees and park around Parliament House and Kings Park only a short walk away.
The facility features private serviced offices, meeting rooms and a business lounge, with extensive ‘end of trip’ facilities. There is also an onsite café with shaded alfresco seating.
As a result of this growth we now manage over 5700sqm of flexible workspace in Perth CBD and the surrounding metro area.
