Liberty Go West
Friday, November 9, 2018
On 1st November Liberty Flexible Workspaces took over the management of Amberley Business Centre in the iconic IBM Building at 1060 Hay Street in West Perth to increase their footprint in Perth.
The previous management of Andrew and Di Hassell had experienced both the best and the very worst of WA’s economic cycle over the last 4-5 years and made a smart strategic decision for the business going forward.
Andrew Hassell commented, “We decided that as a standalone operation we ran the risk of getting left behind and not providing our clients with the service they need. So, we have engaged Liberty Flexible Workspaces to manage the business centre on our behalf. Over the last 8 years they have earned an unquestionable reputation for excellence in facilities management and customer service. This new management will also bring improvements to the client experience, service offerings and business efficiencies, as well as access to the facilities and services at the expansive Liberty portfolio of workspaces.”
Liberty are a Perth owned operator of flexible workspace with five existing locations across the metro area.
Liberty’s Founder & CEO, Jamie Vine, “We’re an ambitious organisation that has shared those tough times. Throughout the downturn we have stuck to our principles of fairness and transparency and we are now in a growth phase as a result. Our dedication to customer service and determination to lead the flexible workspace market in Perth is resonating with so many businesses who are now looking for an alternative to a traditional office lease. This new location complements our existing space in the CBD and Burswood and shows the appetite for flexible workspace is continuing to grow. We are delighted to support Andrew and Di with their business strategy. Our operations and management processes provide landlords and existing workspace operators with a lot of value and opportunity.”
