Liberty supports HazTech through phenomenal growth.

HazTech formed in 2016 and after researching the market thoroughly they selected Liberty as their workspace partner.
“We started the business with a very clear and ambitious plan and we needed to partner with an operator that could support us through every stage of our development” said Lee Hughes, Managing Director – HazTech Solutions.
HazTech’s business plan forecasted significant growth over the first 2 years which presented a number of challenges when deciding where to be based. They needed to be in the CBD to be close to their clients and prospective clients and they wanted to keep costs low initially. They also didn’t need a full time office straight away because they spent 50% of their time on client sites and in off-site meetings.
“We ideally wanted to start in an open plan co-working space before moving into a private office. We also needed our telephones to be answered professionally as we were often in meetings. Not many co-working spaces offer that service” said Mr Hughes. “Much of what we saw in the market was either ‘cool’ co-working spaces with no back-up support or serviced offices that were selling an empty office as co-working.”
HazTech are not alone, it is often the case that small businesses see working in a co-working facility as an important part of becoming established. It is also common that companies in co-working spaces ultimately intend to move into a private team office once they become more established.
“Liberty were the only operator who could provide the onsite support we needed combined with a purpose built collaborative workspace,” said Mr Hughes “as the business has grown we have been able to move into a private office and our next step will be to move into a larger team office in line with our continued expansion plans.”
HazTech Solutions Pty Ltd are an Oil & Gas E&I Maintenance company and recently announced it has signed a collaboration agreement with Legeneering Australia Pty Ltd to deliver a key, long-term offshore maintenance services contract for Woodside-operated Floating Production Storage and Offloading facilities (FPSO).
The contract is for an initial period of 5 years with a further two (2) extension options of one (1) year each. HazTech Solutions will be working with Legeneering to deliver general maintenance services and offshore brownfield implementation associated with Woodside-operated FPSOs located offshore Western Australia.
Commenting on the new contract, HazTech Solutions Managing Director, Lee Hughes, said “We are delighted to further cement our relationship with Legeneering, and are excited to support them in delivering outstanding services to Woodside. Having worked closely with the Legeneering team over the last 12 months, we are confident our collaboration enables us to offer an unrivalled ‘one-stop shop’ solution to our customers. The contract award continues to strengthen HazTech / Legeneering’s position as a major service provider of offshore maintenance services. We are delighted to enter into this agreement with Legeneering and look forward to working hand in hand to deliver excellence to Woodside”.
Liberty CEO Jamie Vine said “HazTech’s growth story is the perfect example of how flexibility and service enables clients to focus on growing their business. It is always satisfying to see a business flourish in our environment.”
