Exceptional customer service is all about going the extra mile and making sure you listen to your clients needs. I booked accommodation for a client over the phone I started making conversation & showing interest in his plans for his travels. He advised me he was planning a surprise honeymoon for his new wife. Once the booking was complete I phoned the hotel and advised them about his surprise plans. I requested if they could make his stay extra special (wine, chocolates, flowers) and a note from myself congratulating them. I am pleased to say they were very thankful I made their stay extra special.
