The centre at 197 St Georges Terrace aims to provide businesses a state-of-the-art facility and class leading event management, for conferences, training and corporate events, meeting, and seminars of all sizes, in an incredibly convenient Perth CBD location.

The 1200sqm plus ground floor conference venue has been designed to the highest standards, with advanced technology and unrivalled accessibility.

It can accommodate a range of needs: from small meetings and seminars, to specially appointed classrooms for PC training or exams, to smaller exhibitions and cocktail events, to conferences with multiple breakout workshop rooms.

The Liberty Training and Conference Centre provides 9 purpose-built rooms that have been cleverly designed to provide clients with customisable spaces: Rooms that can be reconfigured to deliver a myriad of layouts.

The Training & Conference Centre has meeting rooms for hire from 8 people up to capacities of 180 people in a cocktail style event.

This offer perfectly complements our serviced office and meeting room facilities on Level 14 in the building and our expertise in event management.

There is strong demand for conference, training and corporate event space in Perth’s CBD and a real appetite for better value.

Training and event organisers are fed-up with the charging regimes of the hotels. Everything seems to be an additional charge and service is almost begrudgingly given. This leaves a bad taste in people’s mouths.

Our view is that if you hire one of our rooms you shouldn’t pay anymore to use the audio-visual equipment or for a flip chart.

Event Catering

We have a wide range of premium catering suppliers that offer an unsurpassable choice of menus.

For example, for breakfast meetings you can choose from healthy fruit platters, to decadent sweet and savoury pastries and croissants filled with a choice of candied fruits or meats, cheeses and sauces, muffins, slices and breads.

For lunch options we offer a range of sandwiches and wraps, with gluten free options, and sushi rolls, arancini, quiche, individual pies, sausage rolls and mini sliders.

We can also cater for sundowners or evening events with canapés, and hot or cold buffets. And we can provide a very good wine and drinks selection.

Technical Features & Support

Internet and wifi connectivity is through a dedicated corporate grade managed service. All rooms are fully equipped with state of the art audio visual equipment. P.A systems are available on request. The technology is so advanced we build in the support to make your event as smooth as you need.
