I have a degree in International Business Administration. During my studies I did an exchange period in Vic, Spain where I learnt Catalan language and improved my Spanish vocabulary. I also did an internship at the University of Maribor, Slovenia as an international relations officer.
I have over 3 years of experience in customer service and sales. While working in sales, I won the ‘best seller of the month’ -award in March 2022. I have also worked as an au pair in England for 3 years and in Spain for 2 months.

I was working in sales at the security company and there was one customer who has already purchased the alarm systems from us and was having issues with it. It was late in the afternoon and the customer service was closed so she contacted me for help. I had a video call with her so I could show her how to use the alarms because I had the same alarm system at home so I could help her through the call. 🙂
