The Virtual Receptionist service provides a business with a bespoke call answering service by a member of our Client Experience Team here in Perth.
We include a unique company telephone number or answer a number transferred to us. The business call is answered to a scripted protocol and managed in the way the business requires: e.g. calls can be forwarded, or messages taken and forwarded by email.
The service also provides an out-of-hours voicemail that forwards an audio file, and remote access to voicemail, to personalise greetings, listen to or delete messages.
