Tahlia – Cool as a Cucumber
Tahlia has been instrumental in her assistance of organising quite an urgent move of offices for one of our largest clients to a full floor option.
Being the front of house, she has handled the situation of a stressful move for the tenant by keeping a cool head and going above and beyond with her communication and organisation of the logistics to make it as seamless as possible for the tenant.
I know they are grateful, however I wanted to pass on how grateful we also are that we have someone who can handle the pressure of urgent moves within her building. Well done Tahlia.

Our company MEPAU leased temporary accommodation on level 17 (due to an issue with our level 28 floor) and Sophie was not only friendly and professional but also managed to create a warm and pleasant work environment during this disruptive period. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, making my experience with your company highly positive. Kudos to Sophie for her outstanding customer service!

We recently moved to Liberty from another shared workspace and since day one Sophie has been so open, welcoming and friendly. She makes such a difference on the front desk with her bright smile and positive attitude. It is a delight to come into the office and see her and be welcomed with genuine enthusiasm. Nothing is too much trouble and she has always been quick to find solutions, from meeting room bookings to handing out treats on a Friday! Sophie is a wonderful asset to the Liberty workspace and is one of the main reasons I actually look forward to coming into the office now!
